Dispute resolution expert, accredited mediator and professional trainer

Cinthia is a civil and commercial mediator specialized in commercial and partnership disputes. She is an attorney-at-law with the Brussels Bar and the Swiss Bar. She is President of the Chamber of Mediation of the Bar Association (Vaud) and vice-president of the Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation (VD). Cinthia is an accredited mediator with the CAS and WIPO. She is a member of the Cantonal Ethics Committee on Medical Research.

For over 20 years, as a lawyer and as a mediator, Cinthia has worked in a number of different fields such as pharmaceuticals, automobile industry, international events planning and commodities business.

Cinthia Lévy publishes regularly on ADR and mediation in major Law Journals (www.cinthialevy.ch).

Cinthia is passionate about teaching and training. She teaches Mediation and Negotiation at the University of Lausanne, the University of Geneva and the University of Neuchâtel. She also teaches abroad. She gives intercultural trainings and believes that teaching and training are opportunities for creativity and connection. Her personal skills and natural authority allow her to engage in conversation with different kinds of people at all levels of organizations and bring them together.

Cinthia loves to sing, mostly classical jazz music (Nina Simone, Peggy Lee, Mélodie Gardot).

For many years, Cinthia has been an active member of CISV- Building Global Friendship. CISV is an international non-profit organization working for peace through education with children. The youth are from all over the world and learn to live together with their different cultures, languages and religions.
